Analyst Essential Functions of the Position:
Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills, as well as attention to detail.
Answers calls and interacts with users to analyze, diagnose, and resolve user trouble tickets.
Documents resolution steps.
Performs junior administration tasks such as user management on Windows and/or Linux systems.
Uses Department specified tools such as ACAS to perform vulnerability scan and analysis.
Serves as a consultant to supervisor.
Updates tickets using System Center.
Not intended to be all inclusive.
Ensures customer system and cyber security requirements are accurately captured and supported.
Provides support in application requirements gathering, application and system design, application and system programming and development, testing and maintenance.
? Ensures applications follow prescribed guidelines in the design and development techniques required to meet security and configuration environments.
? System designs and development are generally for enterprise solutions.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
May supervise junior Remediation Analyst in the performance of their duties as assigned.
Responsibilities may include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; and, addressing complaints and resolving issues.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of data review and reporting; standard office procedures and practices related to recordkeeping; proper English grammar, punctuation, and spelling; proofreading; customer service skills; skills in standard software applications including Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Ability to prepare clear and concise written communications and make oral presentations; operate standard office equipment; organize and prioritize work; coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree preferred with 2-5 years? experience High School/Associate?s Degree, SEC+, and 2-5 years of directly related experience.
Certifications for IAM / IAT Level I / II in accordance with DoDInst 8570 Clearance:
must hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
