Local CACI is seeking a Procurement/Administrative Assistant to support the Electro-Optic Technology Division, EO Systems Test & Evaluation and Maintenance Branch, Laser Systems Section (Code JXQNN) of the Special Warfare & Expeditionary Systems Department.
What You'll Get to Do:
Procure incidental, spares and materials for repairs of the JBPDS LRU's with ODC funding.
Some materials shall be purchased through Federal Supply System (MILSTRIP).
Provide a GFP status report.
The GFP status report shall provide the status of all GFE and GFM.
It shall provide current inventory levels (monthly).
Provide Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) Report.
The report will provide all contractor acquired property via ODC charging (monthly).
Attend local meetings and trainings in support of this effort.
Record SNs of all Lasers replaced during BAWS Depot Repair and return the failed Laser to NSWC Crane for the NSWC Crane Laser Refurbishment Contract.
More About the Role:
You will be provided SWMS Shop Orders which specifies the required completion date to meet the Depot requirements.
You will receive the Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs) which lists the SPI packaging required and the SPI Transit cases required for the Contractor to purchase as needed to meet the Depot requirements.

Qualifications:
Active Secret Security Clearance Must have Computer Skills, experience with Microsoft Office Products.
Knowledge to research parts through WEBFLIS and various manufactures' websites.
Must possess excellent communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
