Secret IT Specialist
Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Crane, IN.
This role is on a 6-year program supporting both the Navy and Marine Corps, providing IT support to the local bases across the United States.
The day to day includes:
Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting Diagnosing computer and laptop issues Printer and related hardware resets User account support Customer service Working through trouble tickets Required Skills & Experience Active DoD Secret Clearance 4
years of professional experience Security
Certification Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
