About the Job CALNET has a requirement for a Senior Network Engineer to provide professional Information Technology (IT) support for Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division located in Crane, IN. The mission of NSWC Crane is to provide acquisition engineering, in-service engineering and technical support for sensors, electronics, electronic warfare, and special warfare weapons. The focus of NSWC Crane is Harnessing the Power of Technology for the Warfighter. It specializes in total lifecycle support in three focus areas:
Expeditionary Warfare, Strategic Missions, and Electronic Warfare. Key Responsibilities o Provide network configuration and documentation including network drawings and hardware and software lists o Plan, design, engineer, install, perform configuration management, document, maintain, and monitor network devices that support core network functions and services o Configuration and management of routers, switches, Virtual LANs (VLANs), Voice over IP (VOIP) networks, Wi-Fi networks, and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) o Applying patches, updates, and ensuring compliance with relevant STIGs o Developing and documenting Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for system configuration and operation Required Qualifications o Must hold an Active Secret clearance with Top Secret Eligibility (Tier 5 PSI) o Must hold certifications meeting DoD 8140.01 IAT Level III baseline certification o Ten (10) years of professional experience in design, implementation, and operation of a geographically dispersed network o Two (2) years professional experience with Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). o Must hold valid Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification o Two (2) years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and operating a network infrastructure to a Cloud environment o Have experience developing and maintaining network architecture and infrastructure including installation, test, upgrades and other required maintenance on systems that including:
o Cisco Switches, Routers, & Firewalls o VPLS/MPLS Connections and Circuits o Cisco Wireless Access Points and Wireless Controllers o Cisco Prime and MSE o VPNs (Remote Access & Site-to-Site) Preferred qualifications and skillsets include:
o Provide network administration and network security on all circuits entering NSWC Crane (i.e. Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN), Secure Defense Research and Engineering Network (SDREN)) and circuits and connecting other NSWC activities o Maintain application confidentiality, availability, and performance through deploying and maintaining Application Security Manager (ASM) software, including but not limited to F5 Big-IP Application Security Manager software This opportunity is located in Crane, IN. $150K -- $200K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
